• uses only FedEx services for the fastest and safest delivery of high value packages.
• requires that all deliveries be made to a physical business or home address.
• disallows delivery to PO Box addresses.
• requires an adult to sign for the package.

For international packages valued under $500, Diamond Exchangeuses USPS (United States Postal Service). For items over $500, Diamond Exchange uses FedEx International Priority.

Military personnel located overseas may also have their packages shipped to an APO or FPO location free of charge. Please keep in mind that APO/FPO shipments are done through the USPS and can take up to three weeks to arrive.
